Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from PadelCoast.

Returns:
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return
• Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging
• To start a return contact us at padelcoaststore@gmail.com

Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund within 5 business days
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method

Exchanges:
• We are happy to exchange items for a different size or model
• Contact us at padelcoaststore@gmail.com to arrange an exchange

Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
